All support calls/enquires are managed through the Maximum Networks service desk. Including updates, resolutions, remote diagnostics and onsite support, the service desk also carries out any remote programming requests, name changes re-routing DDI numbers voice mail support and general technical advice.

If you currently have no maintenance solution in place the following charges are in place:

Call out (Inc. 2 Hours), hourly rate thereafter (please ring Maximum Networks for all prices on 0845 373 3299).

Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

8:30am -17:30pm

Response Times

8-hour response period for partial failure

4-hour response period for system crash

Bronze cover is for systems starting at a minimum value of £250.00

Silver

Coverage

Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)

Gold

Coverage

7 days a week

365 days a year (including bank holidays)
